Which rate is used?
The calculation uses Segal Exchange's sell rate — the price at which we sell the currency to you — so the result is close to what you would actually pay. All figures on this site are in toman, not rial.
Frequently asked questions
Does the result include fees?
No. It reflects the exchange rate only. Service fees, for example on an international transfer, are calculated separately and depend on destination and amount.
Can I convert between two foreign currencies?
Yes. The conversion routes through toman: the amount is converted to toman first, then to the target currency.
