How can I buy currency?
You can visit the exchange in person or contact us through the contact form to arrange your purchase.
Are the rates on the site live?
Yes. Rates on the site are updated regularly and are close to real time. For large transactions please confirm the rate by phone.
What are the minimum and maximum transaction amounts?
The minimum is 100 USD or the equivalent in another currency. For transactions above 10,000 USD please arrange in advance.
Can I transfer money abroad?
Yes. Segal Exchange offers currency transfer services to most countries. Contact us for details and fees.
What is the difference between the buy and sell rate?
The buy rate is what the exchange pays you for your currency; the sell rate is what the exchange charges when selling currency to you.
Are online transactions possible?
Transactions are currently carried out in person. You can arrange an appointment in advance through the contact form.
What documents do I need to buy currency?
A valid national ID card is required. Additional documents may be requested for larger amounts.
What are your working hours?
Saturday to Wednesday 09:30 to 16:00, and Thursday 09:30 to 13:00.
